It means she's already in the process of breaking up with you. If you confront her about this, she will either change the subject or not be able to answer you. There is hope though.
I'm sure that lately, you've been getting jealous and doing some very stupid things and after, you've been regretting a lot. Now you can change that if that's the case.
ONE: Give the damn space. Don't call her EVER! Not until she calls you. She will if she even cares about you. It might take her a while, but DO NOT CALL EARLIER.
TWO: Give up on jealousy overall. You don't need to show her how you feel. Just keep it inside and use it as a motivator to STAY cool and calm. NO girl likes an overpossessive guy. You need to chill.
THREE: When she comes back, you need to chill. You need to slowly regain your footing in the relationship. Be chill and slowly get into kissing and whatever.
FOUR: If there's a new guy, you MUST COMPLETELY control yourself and be chill. This is so hard, but you must work as if he doesn't exist. Trust me. You might not get back with her, but it's all good. Just move on if you need to. If you do the above though, you probably won't have to do these harsher things.

Just let her figure out her feelings and after sorting them all out, if there is none for you then just get over her because if she don't have feelings for you your not going to be in a serious relationship.
