I had an uneven number of bridesmaids/groomsmen too and, honestly, its not a big deal! I can't believe how much I stressed over this up to the big day, only to realize that NOONE EVEN NOTICED.
However, if symmetry is important to you, you can do one of the following:
Have the two groomsmen already up at the altar with your DH, and then have the best man walk up with your maid of honor;
Have one groomsmen walk in the front, followed by the best man and maid of honor together, and the other groomsman behind them;
OR
Have the maid of honor walk with the best man in front, followed by the groomsmen separately (trust me, guys do NOT want to walk next to each other; it's an illness, haha!)
But seriously, don't even stress about this! :) Noone even looks at the wedding party...everyone is just waiting for YOU ot make your grand entrance!!! :)

Well I am guessing that your bridesmaid would alos be your maid of honor so, I would have the best man escort the Maid of Honor behind you and your spouse, then you can either choose for the remaining two groomsmen to either A) walk back down standing next to each other; or B) if you have a large amount of people attending the ceremony you can have the2 remaining groomsmen release the rows, that way there will not be a big rush of everyone trying to leave at the same time.
Hope this helps!!

Because it's so odd, have the groomsmen waiting at the front with the groom, have the bridesmaid walk out before you.

If one of the groomsmen is the best man, have him walk with the bridesmaid. Then have the other two guys either walk out side by side, or seperately.

I would say before the service they come in with the groom. In the recessional best man with the bridesmaid and have the other 2 escort out the mother of the bride and mother of the groom or grandmothers which ever your situation has.

ok one of your options is you could stand the three grooms men in the back walking down the isle in a horizonlal row and put the one bridesmaid in front of all three then have them seperate their ways or you could just find more people to be in your wedding party but that is entirly your desision. :)

2 groomsmen each grab a leg, and the other grabs her by the hands and carry her in, horizontal-like. When they reach the back, they slingshot her out the exit.
