I made chicken & biscuits tonight, but there is no more chicken left in my gravy!

Can I freeze the rest of the gravy for the next time i have leftover chicken?

Yes you can freeze gravy. Make sure you squeeze all the air out of the bag :) If you use a container push a piece of saran wrap down onto the gravy to keep the air off. It prevents freezer burn.

yes, this is how I have done this before...I use an empty ice tray-pour the gravy in the cleaned tray. Freeze. Then I pop the cubes out and put them in a ziploc bag in the freezer. Once I need some I just use however many cubes I think I will need. For example, if I maked mashed potatoes and I only want a little gravy I will take out a couple of cubes. That way you can use what you want and dont have to worry about thawing out the whole ziploc bag at one time if you don't want to.

I think you could freeze the rest of the gravy for the next time you have leftover chicken. It might taste different, or a little bit different.

Yes, and you can freeze chicken stock and beef stock to skim of grease. As someone else mentioned NEVER put hot soups or gravies in the fridge. This hold it a perfect temp for bacteria.
