I went to the park about every week during my pregnancy...from the very beginning of my pregnancy till I was 25 weeks (after then I was put on bedrest due to preeclampsia).
You CAN go on lots of rides there though! You don't have to just sit around and do nothing. Most Disneyland rides are mild. You can always go to Disneyland.com and look at the list of attractions to find which rides you CAN'T go on, but here's a basic run-down of what you should NOT go on: Space Mountain, Matterhorn, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Autopia, Star Tours, Indiana Jones. And at DCA (Cali. Adven.): Tower of Terror, California Screamin, Maliboomer, Soarin' (and the reason isn't because of the thrill, it's because of the safety harnesses, I asked), Orange Stinger, etc.
Everything else is pretty mild...I went on anything I felt comfortable on that was safe to go on.
Here's some tips to make yourself more comfortable:
Bring little snacks and munchies from home...
Bring lots of bottled water...
Make sure to wear comfy shoes (for me, that was flipflops!)...
Wear comfy clothing...
Stop ANY time you feel tired or overwhelmed...
Hang out on a bench, in the shops, etc...
Take it easy and slow...don't rush around or over-exert yourself...
And most people are pretty sweet to pregnant chicks...I had to pee like every half hour, and many women would offer to let me cut to the front of the bathroom line when they saw I was pregnant, which is very sweet of them (I actually do the same when I see pg women or families with small children or elders).
And depending on what you like to eat, there are lots of great places inside Disneyland and DCA, as well as at Downtown Disney. I couldn't get enough of the corndogs and carmel apples and waffle-cone sundaes (in moderation!), but I also LOVED that they have carts with fresh, cold, juicy fruits all around the parks.
Anyway, I hope you have tons of fun and lots of good memories. =)

Ahh..We are there like every week. Yearly Passholders.
Disneyland Park Below
There is a mexican resturant right by thunder moutain..they have a fantastic Salad and Carry Flavored Waters in the bottle. It has an out door patio area covered and uncovered so you can have some nice shade.
Items you can go on
Tiki Room
Jungle Cruise
Haunted Mansion
Poohs Honey Pot Ride
(ooh there is a nice chocolate store right next to pooh bear that have the largest chocolate covered strawberries)
All the kiddie rides of course
Small World
You'll be able to enjoy the in theater shows
The Monerail Tram
The Train Ride
The Tomorrow land Innovations
and of course the shopping and parades
You could also get an autograph book and go around having the characters sign it and date it in side and gift it to your unbornchild..Nice trinket to keep for them.
California Adventures below
A bit harder
They have a few inside theater shows but not much else. Its more of a fair rides. I enjoy it alot less than disneyland while I was pregnant. You may enjoy Downtown Disney alot more and there is even a movie theater there incase you need to take an indoor sit down break while the others enjoy the rides. Just remeber to get your hand stamp..they require both the ticket and the stamp now to get back into the park.
I hope this helps.

RE:
visiting Disneyland/California Adventures while pregnant?
I'll be visiting Disneyland with family at the end of June, when I'll be about 30 weeks pregnant. Obviously the rides are out. I need ideas of things to do. I'm thinking food will figure prominently in to my time there, so best places to eat would be great. Things I can do alone also,...

First of all, congratulations on the baby!
Second, we visit Disneyland often. There are many things to do which are not risky for you. Such as:
-Visit the Disney art gallery above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.
-the Enchanted Tiki Room
-there are several shows at both parks.
-the parades (scout out a good spot early)
-lots of shopping places
-the Disney animation attraction at California Adventure
-the horse-drawn trolley
-the Disney train and Monorail (use the train to get from one part of the park to another...this will save you a lot of walking).
-Phantasmic (at Tom Sawyer Island..again, scout out a good spot early)
-One of my favorite things to do is just to hang out on a bench in New Orleans Square and do some people-watching.
Restaurants:
The Blue Bayou is a MUST, especially if you can't make it to Disneyland very often. But call ahead (up to 60 days in advance) to make reservations; you WILL NOT get in if you don't call ahead. You have to get the fried cheesecake...a heart attack on a plate! There are many, many places to eat something quick.
Also, try the Mexican restaurant next to Thunder Mountain...it's pretty good too.
You can have a good time even without the rides.
Have fun and good luck!
;o)

There are some rides that you can go on as mentioned above. You can watch the Snow White Musical, enjoy the art galleries, shop, watch the fireworks and other shows. There are musical acts in Tomorrowland all the time and there are some in California Adventure as well. Take character photos and don't forget to go to the bakery on main street!
Oh and AVOID the mexican restaurant in Disneyland. I got food poisoning from it and ended up with a permanent intestinal condition as a result. Disneyland of course wouldn't admit any wrongdoing, but for the sake of yourself and your baby...don't take a chance on that place.

I went to DisneyLand when I was 5 months pregnant with my first. (not California Adventure though because it wasn't even open back then) I went on all those "boat" rides and even the haunted house. At that stage I could have gone on the roller coasters because I would wait in line with my friends...all the way up to the ride....and no one told me that I couldn't go on. I of course didn't go on them BUT I just wanted to point out that they won't stop you...the signs state "shouldn't" not "not allowed" One thing though....make sure you take tons of time to rest...I wasn't even as far along as you are going to be...and I got so tired and irritable by the time we left. The wait in the lines for the rides were hours long and standing the whole time REALLY got to me. Maybe consider bringing a portable chair or something similar to sit on while you are in line...most rides have a place where you can put items while you are on the ride.... Oh yeah...I did go on the teacups....I just HAD too. I probably shouldn't have though now that I think about it. BUT it's always been my favorite ever since I was little. Enjoy your trip!!

Actually, not all the rides are out. You can ride almost anything in Fantasyland...all the small rides, casey jr train, canal boats, small world, etc. You don't necessarily have to ride all the big rides. However, all the little shops in fantasy land are SO much fun to shop in!!! Here's a little secret you can try to avoid waiting in lines....anyone in a wheelchair at disneyland can go through the exit line to get on a ride. As long as you have a wheelchair, you can do this, so you don't have to wait in line. Don't try this with calif adventure though...they fixed it so you can wait in any standard line even w/ a wheelchair. Good luck! Try it...park the wheelchair somewhere and just bring your key or receipt with you, all depending if you get a standard wheelchair or an electric cart. Standard rentals are $8 per day and electric carts are $35 per day including a $20 refundable deposit. Park the chair anywhere in fantasyland and just wander around to all the exits and ride the rides.

There are plenty of rides you can still go on! Its a Small World, and the Mark Twain Riverboat to name a few. Be sure to check out the great entertainment such as the Aladdin show at CA. That one is the best show in both parks! Be sure to sit in the yellow Mezzanine (sp?) section!
As far as dining goes, your best bets will be the Blue Bayou inside the Pirates attraction and the restaurants at Downtown Disney and Disneyland Resort hotels. the Jazz Kitchen, and Rainforest Cafe at DD are great. You can also pick up fast pass tickets for everyone while they are in line to save them (and you) time throughout the day. Take your camera and get great shots of the parks! So many people spend their day rushing through, trying to get on every ride. Hardly anyone just takes it easy and people watches (and why would they if they are paying as much as they do?). I worked at WDW and my favorite thing to do on days off was to stroll around the park and then people watch with my now husband.
Have a great time and be sure to drink plenty of water!

Well, everything that everyone else has said sounded good, except a couple of things. First of all, I think that Soarin' would probably be fine, i mean, im no expert, but it's not intense or extremley thrilling or anything. Secondly, definelty check out Bugs Land in CaliAdventure, it's got some mild rides that you could do.
