I am just bored and would like to know why I can't ask a simple question such as 'anyone wanna chat' without that it being a violation. I'm hardly gunna get chattin to some perv!

Well, with all the attention on pedophiles in chat rooms it may be part of a problem. If you're in a chat room, why are you asking if someone wants to chat? By doing that you are pretty much saying you don't really want to talk to everyone in the room. The thing is that you don't know if you're "chattin' to some perv" or not. These ppl are very good at what they do and you could easily get in way over your head. These "perv's" are professional predators. Bored? Go into a chat room where it is topic oriented or join a class somewhere; get out and learn more about the world.

yeah whatever. Look, learn not to annoy the Yahoo violations robot or he/she/it will dump you and your points into the Yahoo skip, from whence there is no return. Don't expect reasonable behaviour from an entity that is logical only according to its own perception.
