He's had it for YEARS, and it's killing him. What can we do? what do they do to the brain? What's going to happen?

It's probably too late to do anything regarding brain damage the diseases have done. Left untreated, my guess is that it will eventually kill him.

Usually a doctor can prescribe antibiotics for syphilis and gonorrhea; have you not taken him to a doctor yet? If not, I would recommend that first.

IN ITS EARLY STAGES SYPHYLIS CAN BE TREATED EFFECTIVELY. THE SAME CAN'T BE SAID AFTER YEARS OF HAVING IT. BY THEN THE BRAIN DAMAGE HAS TAKEN PLACE.
GONORRHEA CAN BE EFFECTIVELY TREATED BY PENICILLIN.

thats something big.. nothing we can do about it, and nothing we can really tell you. only a doctor and a hospital can help him out.
