So what is the difference between a Christening and a Baptism? Are they not the same thing?

I do not believe in baby baptism because baptism is a the result of a person making a personal decision to accept Jesus Christ into their hearts as Lord and Savior. Babies don't make decisions like that. When the day comes that a person makes this decision,they can then chose baptism.
