Virgin Strawberry Colada recipe
Scale ingredients to servings
7 ripe strawberries
5 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
Combine the strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice in a blender, and blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge, and serve.
Serve in:
Collins Glass

Piña Colada
(FOR A VIRGIN DRINK, JUST DON'T PUT IN THE RUM)
2 ounces Coco Lopez Real Cream of Coconut®
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
1½ ounces Rum
1 cup ice
Mix in blender until smooth.
****ALSO, PLEASE TRY SOME OF THESE "GREAT" COCO LOPEZ RECIPES...THEY ARE ALL FANTASTIC...YOU CAN USE ANY BRAND OF CREAM OF COCONUT...
