Avocados are great for the skin as are carrots, broccoli and eating whole grains. Also drink plenty of water ~ avoid sweet or fatty/oily foods. Good luck! :)

If you have acne. Why dont you try using Origins skincare products?
I have started to buy them and cleanse my skin with them or about two weeks now.
They're natrual and you can buy them at the mall.
They're really expensive tho.
I spent $65.00 on it.
But its your skin. When you walk into a room, your face is the first thing people notice, so you want to spend good money on skincare products that you know will work.
Use Origins, they test what type of skin you have and tell you what products you should use.
Dont be embarssed.
My older sister and two of my friends and I all use their products. They started before me tho and i find them great.
They leave your skin feeling refreshed, clean, and clear.
Also buy a acne spot treatment to clear zits.
Try Clearsil, it gurantees to get rid of zits in three days.
Also, go to a dermatoglist, i go twice a month and my skin is healthy, fresh, clear and just the way i want it.

Try cutting out sugar and increase your fibre intake in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables to improve digestive health and promote clearer skin. Zinc and vitamins A,B,C and E are help full. Foods to eat are -
Avocado
Bio Yoghurt
Brazil nuts
Sweetcorn
Evening primrose oil
Oats
Salmon Spinach
Watercress
If you concentrate you're diet to the above foods you will soon see the difference. Good luck.

ouch, I feel sorry for u, hope u get better and don't end up with those ugly scars. Go get into accutane. I would say lots of fuits, vegetables and nuts, and flaxseed. You got your vitamin A (which is what accutane is but in a much MUch larger dose), your vitamain C, and E.

I went through a stage of getting it, and it turned out to be large amounts of dairy products. I know they say that dairy doesn't cause it, but in my case, it seems to have been the culprit. Try eliminating it for awhile and see what happens.
