There is the traditional scallops and bacon where you wrap a scallop with a piece of bacon then put a toothpick through it. After making a tray of these, put in a 425 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes or until sizzling and golden.
My favorite is spicy shrimp- super easy! Put a lb. of peeled raw shrimp in a bowl, toss with olive oil and chili pepper flakes, let marinate for about 20 min to 1/2 hr, then grill or briefly broil.
you can also do chicken on a stick. Put about 3 chunks of skinless boneless chicken on a 1/2 bamboo kabob stick and grill or bake until done, serving with a dipping sauce such as purchased peanut sauce (Thai section), BBQ sauce or sweet and sour sauce (duck sauce)

You'll need toothpicks for these:
Wrap small strips of bacon around little smokies & secure with toothpick, place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with a half-cup of brown sugar, and bake at 450 until bacon is crisp.
Wrap bacon strips around either chicken livers or raw oysters & bake at high temps until done (I hate these, but Mom & my Hubby love them).
You can also wrap pieces of very crisp breadsticks with bacon & broil them.
Equal amounts of grape jelly & chili sauce, heated with little smokies and/or frozen meatballs are a huge hit in my family.
Cubed velveeta with an equal amount of salsa OR canned chili makes a great tortilla chip dip...serve hot.

Potato Skins. I don't know how many you need. I use about 6 medium potatoes and bake them. Cut them in quarter's and scoop out most of the potato, leave a little bit inside. Put the potato you scooped out in a bowl to use later for mashed potatoes. Place the skins on a cookie sheet. Fill them with shredded cheese and top with crumbled bacon and green onions. Cook at 350 until the cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
