I think you have to be 18 n older without a parent signature but with a parent you have to be 16 if your younger and a parent signs you cant do it unless you find a place that will accept it but its really rare.

In most states you have to be 18.
Most reputable studios will not allow minors inside, even with a parent. This also means that they will not tattoo minors.
It all depends on the state, and the artist.

it depends on the state but usually it's like 15/16 as long as you have parental consent and then of course 18 you can do it on you're own. but before you decide to get them just remember they will be there forever....don't make the same mistake alot of younger people make and get it just because

well you have to be 18 unless your parents/legal gaurdian sign for you. I think very rarely a person b4 18 really really knows what they want on them for the rest of their life. unless its a RIP or somethin really meaningful.
1.) If you are not going to express ypurself over wanting a man made out of $$$ then you'll be known as a GOLD DIGGER by the rest of society. So dont think no one will marry you over a tattoo, if they do then they are not "classy" and dont love you for you.
2.) i think you are still, young if you didnt know the answer yourself but definetly get a meaningful tat.
3.) be yourself and make yourself happy.

You have to be 18 unless you know somebody. If you are going to get one please think about what you want!!! many a mistake has been made with tattoos. Trust me I know from experience!!!

otherwise its 18
