I want to take a picture and make it all black and white, except for the eyes.

If you're pringting it on your own in a black and white darkroom then just print it B&W and tint the eyes...or if it's digital mess around with the photograph in photoshop. Good luck!

Yes get a photoshop program and change the things in it before you print it.
If you already took the picture, scan it into your computer and then make the changes

you can do this using Photoshop, by using Masking Technique.... If you dont have Photoshop then try using any photo editing softwares... like Macromedia Fireworks.... This is an advanced editing feature that only advanced softwares will have ... all the best.......
