I'm pretty sure that your hair is the same whether it's on your legs or on your armpits. If you continuously dye your hair, it damages your hair and kills brain cells, You can never really get your same hair color back even if you remove the dye.

Of course. I have really dark eyebrows but the hair on my legs is blonde, baby-fine and barely visible.
