I am not a pastor. What I will say is that Jesus told us to love our neighbors. Some of them are gay. We can be friends to all of humanity. Peace be with you

I think you have the right to your free thinking and you should stick with your ideas. In Leviticus 18, the part about gay people, a liberal interpretation can come to the conclusion that this only outlaws bisexuality, and since this is the basis for all the other verses in the Bible about gays, this can be held true. And what does Paul know anyways.

I'm not a pastor. -but I can say homosexuality is completely wrong; however, befreinding a homosexual is perfectly ok concerning christianity what might no be ok is whatever denomination you are might not accept him or you! I f os then have them prove befreinding a homosexual is wrong. If they can't but still keep their same beleifs, leave because they don't follow the Bible ocmpletely

I have a number of gay friends who know I am born again Christian. Sometimes we talk specifically about it and what i share with them is that God loves them and so do I.
Stay friends, give your friend your most sincere generous heart. Let the Holy Spirit lead you in how to minister to your friend.

Jesus' law was simple, love God, and love your neighbor. Some of your neighbors happen to be gay. Love them.
BTW, Jesus himself never said one word against homosexuality. Homophobia in the Bible comes from Yahweh in the Old Testament, and self-appointed apostle Paul in the New Testament.

As a christian I do not agree with the choice, but I do not judge the person either. We are all children of GOD and if HE loves him/her than so do I.

I have no problem with the homosexual.
1CO 15:33 Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character." 34 Come back to your senses as you ought,
Jesus hung around with sinners for the purpose of them receiving the Word.
You probably hang around him as a social thing.

him as a person, I don't care what you think of him. him as a homosexual, I hope you realize he's living in sin or carnality.
again, it doesn't really matter if you plea "hormones" to his case. we're supposed to treat everyone well, sinner or not. the thing is, desires don't make you a sinner, actions do. so if he didin't condone it or practice it, he'd be fine in my book.
no need to hate him, or even dislike, him for his homosexuality, just know its wrong and don't do it yourself. if he wants to change, he will.
