How do you like have a picture that you pasted in Microsoft word and then like type some stuff on it?(the picture must not fill the page)

While there are many programs that can do a better job of inserting text on a picture, it is doable in MS Word. After you have inserted your picture. Insert a text box (Insert>Text Box). Type your text and then format the text box (right click along the edge>Format). Select the Colors & Lines tab and on Fill select None. You will probably want the lines to be None as well.

i think u can right click on the picture once u paste it in and go to picture properties and then u shold be able to see somewhere it shows how the image is imbedded into the document and it should show u an option where u can type over the image

If I understand your question correctly you are trying to add text to a picture? You could insert a textbox and include the text on or near the image. You can resize the pic and the text box to meet your needs.

you should be able to resize the picture in your document. right click on the picture and select the option that lets text type over it.
