You must eat on a regular basis in order to lose weight. Keep your metabolism up by having small meals several times a day. Breakfast is the most important meal - starts the "engine" revving for the day. Otherwise your body goes into "starvation mode" and reserves all the calories it can.

Not eating slows your metabolism down and your body will adjust.

You need to eat several small meals per day to keep your metabolism going. Eat lots of protein and vegetables and avoid fatty foods and bread. (low carbs)
