Broccoli is a good source of calcium. I would definetely look into those lactose pills you can take before a meal.

Drink Lactaid milk and purchase Lactaid cheese and ice cream. Drink Soy milk, Rice Dream. Take calcium tablets.

if ur a female there's all sorts of calcium pills u can take...

they should have tablets, capusles, pills, anything in your local vitamin shop or drugstore!
