Get them neutered. If your letting them outside be a responsible pet owner and get them neutered as soon as possible. After they are neutered they will pretend to spray , but nothing will come out. (They are marking their territory)

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Its hard because cats are creatures of habit, changes to their routine can cause stress and lead to marking and spraying. Litter can be the problem too. It may not be clean enough or it may be a type your cat doesn't like - even if it did like it yesterday! You may also try providing an additional litter box. Another cause can be certain medical conditions. Because this behavior can start for a variety of reasons, the best thing to do is consult your veterinarian immediately.

Go to the vet and have them neutered. It will not only prevent them from spaying, they will live longer and become mellower.
