im on a high because the hammers won a game today, it was a bit cheating though, but i dont care we need a bit of luck COME ON YOU IRONS!

sleepy is just a state of mind...unless ur driving on the motorway then u need to take a pit stop and have two cans of red bull n a nap :D
my state of mind is hyper.....but my body is tired....so maybe i'll go bed now and get hyper in my dreams.... :p

yes when i try to sleep it takes me ages to drift off then when i do after barely 4 hours my little girl is wanting me to get up so i am always sleepy but cant sleep i am buying some aromotherapy stuff thats meant to induce sleep
