Im 13 weeks pregnant and i have one child already. My childs father was arrested today for domestic abuse against me Now my landlord is kicking us out on monday. Im only 23 i have no job and no family.... Does anyone know who i can contact to get some help? Im so scared.

Here are the tenet laws for Ohio http://www.tenant.net/Other_Areas/Ohio/landlord.html . Your landlord cannot evict you with that little notice, so unless you already had a pending eviction notice you do not have to move on Monday.
Call a lawyer if you need to, but know your rights.

I live in Cincinnati as well. If you go to the local shelters, they can direct you to a batterd womens shelter where you will be safe. Don't worry though, everything works out. Just be glad he is gone. Do you have any friends you can stay with? Well good luck with everything.

social services,red cross, salvation army, WIC, any church, there is also battered women shelters
