Do you think that I weigh too much? I play club Volleyball up to 4 times a week, and I don't pig out or anything.

thanks, you've encouraged me. i was feeling self-consious. And you really think that I weigh too little? I guess I just saw a lot of skinny people today. And no, I am not just doing this to get compliments, or attention, just needed a reality check.

Honey...you don't weigh too much. You sound perfectly healthy to me. if you're really worried, go to a doctor or nutritionist. But otherwise you sound like you're doing everything right. Excersice and a healthy diet are all that matters. As long as you don't starve yourself, you're doing fine. Much love ie!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Why on earth would you think you are overweight? Do not start letting this kind of thing control your thoughts, I did at a young age and it got me into a lot of trouble.
Instead of focusing on your weight or appearance, ask yourself why you REALLY feel inadequate or insecure. Usually worrying about your physical appearance is a symptom of something bigger.
Either you're too hard on yourself, you let others make you feel insecure, or you're using your weight to compensate for a personality trait or control you feel you lack. Look deeper, if you feel secure inside, everything else will fall into place.

im the same height and weigh around 90 pounds. u weigh perfectly fine. you are a lil light for ur height, and DO NOT need to lose any weight. I wish i could gain some as a matter of fact...

Your weight is fine. As you get older you will increase in weight naturally then as your bones fill out and finish developing. Not to mention your metabolism slowin down and such. Right now you're fine you will go up a few pounds naturally as you get older. My sis is the same height and age and is 98 pounds, but she is big boned.

No you do not, you are average. I am 13 and i weigh 95 pounds. It's the perfect weight, don't worry yourself. If you wnat to talk to me or anything you can IM me at mmaaddiiieee. Don't worry i am not a stalker or anything. I am only 13 you have nothing to worry about. lol.

13 yer olds are supposed to be up to 115 lbs. For your hieght you are about the right wieght. you will gain and lose wieght as you get older.
