i believe 7 years after it is considered a delinquent account.

Hi there!!

It depends on the country. In South Africa its 5years and in most European countries its 7years.

I work for a bank and we have been told that this will change to a globalised 7years and if you were blacklisted in one country you will be blacklisted everywhere in the world. This will only be from 2008/2009.
