Water is no longer available. Beer, wine, tea and coffee may be purchased along with soft drinks at the concessions. Our marketing people have determined that tap water is bad for our financial health (that should read "your physical health") so we offer mineral water in plastic bottles for you to carry around with you. Anyone mentioning high bacteria or algae counts in clear containers requires counseling.
The legend that you can find water by digging holes in the ground is false. If you do find it we will tax you on it. Similarly the story that water occasionally falls from the sky is a myth. But if you do catch any of it we will tax you on it as well.
You will never find a public drinking fountain in a shopping mall.

Go to southern Florida during the month of August. At about 11:00 A.M. look up in the sky and begin saying WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA
You must dance in a circle and every third step you must stomp you right foot.
Do this for 1-2 hours each day and water will soon appear falling from the sky.
For added effect, you can hold up a long metal rod while doing the above
