Well, I weigh 104 and I'm 5'7 and I'm also 17 yrs. old. And I also work out a lot, 6 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half. The thing is you should eat about 2500 calories a day since you work out so much, that way you have something to burn. Also don't forget to drink atleast 8 cups of water a day. And eat healthy. You can find a lot of menus on the net to give you some idea of what to eat based on the calories you want to consume. So basically, add more calories. You'll feel better too.

The average is 2000 calories per day. As long as you don't go overboard with the exercise your fine. From time to time start loosening up a bit and eat a bit more to fill in those 200 calorie gaps you miss a day (Though don't make an equation of it. 1800 calories for 10 days does NOT mean you can eat 2000 calories extra on another.) Just eat maybe at the most 2500 calories from time to time and you'll be fine.

1800 cal per day seems a good healthy amount for daily intake. Based on your description of your height vs weight, you do sound like you're thin, but that does not mean that you are not eating enough. Are you hungry all the time? If you are not then you are probably eating the right amount; if you are, maybe you need to add a little bit more as long as it is healthy food. ( You know not something like bacon that has so much cal but does not make you full is not good food.)

Yes you are eating too little, according to the data you sent, your basal calorie consumption is at around 1600 Kcal... you are exercising and I don't know how vigorous your exercise is but chances are you are burning more than 200 Kcal every day... that creates a lack of Kcal for your body.

Your BMI shows you are Underweight by 2 points... so definitely you are eating too little (Or exercising too much).

For your height you may want to up your calories 200-400 more w/protein. But are you being entirely honest about the amt of calories you are consuming b/c you weight about 30lbs UNDER what is healthy? I think you should go to a dr. and get checked out for a hyperthyroid b/c that will damage your kidneys.

Well.. being such an athlete, you could afford to gain maybe 10 pounds. But, if you are happy with your body and are eating healthy and nourishing foods, there is no Desperate need to worry about weight. However, if you begin to lose weight, I would definitly recommend eating100-200 more calories per day.

Yes, you're eating too little. With all your interest in health, you should concentrate on eating a healthy diet. There are many online sites that can help you with this. At your age, I think 120-125 lbs would be a very good weight for you.

Do you feel that you have plenty of energy for your regular workouts? If not, then you should probably eat a bit more. Are you interested in gaining weight? Whether or not you should eat more depends on what your needs are and what you are trying to accomplish.

You are eating plenty. The problem is that you are exercising WAY too much. You should weigh about 145 lbs.

You have a problem with obsessive exercising. It's an addiction just like any other.

yes you require more energy and 1800 calories doesn't seem like enough, with your height your too skinny and that is unhealthy.
