Initially, CSX colours were a dull grey, with navy blue lettering, with some units having a yellow accent. Later, the yellow and blue became more prominent in the paint scheme.

the original colors from the b&o c&o mainly dark blue and lettering yellow the after the merger it was a yellow with multi color stripes then it when to yellow and blue as you see these days
