Do you mean If you want to set up a foreign market screening company in China or you just want to send your big guys over to china if there is a demand? But let me tell you, if you want to set up new market screening branch office in China the government would say thank you for investing in china and for creating a job, and if you just want to send off your big guys once there is a demand i would say, "Do the government know or need to know?"
