im 15 and 135 pounds (mosty muscle, some fat over them). i want to be 20-25 pounds lighter in 17 weeks (so 110 or 115)... possible?
here's what i plan to do:
- eat less (i dont eat junk at all to start with)
- drink lots of water
- exercise 1-2 hours each day
but... what kind of exercise should i do to tone DOWN muscle and lose fat at the same time? i dont want to build more muscle (i used to be a swimmer).
what kind of aerobic exercise will work for me? how often (3 times a week or what)?
