I bought the basic turbotax software for approx. $50 and it was $15 to e-file ($30 to efile fed and state).

I also did another tax return w the online version, and i think i paid $25 for the state and $15 to efile (total $40). i think the fed return + efile was free.

Last week I did another return and the e-file fees were $16.95 each ($33.90 for fed and state).

I think the later it gets, the higher the fees!
