What races are the top least intelligent?
I read some papers on the theory certain races were more evolved than others.
It actually won some pulitzer prize.
Go figure.......

It has been shown in several studies that as far as IQ whites and asians consistently rate higher than African counterparts, why it's so horrible to say is the mystery. It's an average,it doesn't preclude advancement of other races,at worst it gives a head start to some on average.I'm sure that environmental factors play in just as much as genetics,after all I have seen the way many blacks and hispanics live that surround me and I wouldn't let my dog live like that.And I'm not talking about poverty I mean in the same neighborhood and yet the differences in homes of different groups is striking in the extreme.

It's a wrong understanding of evolution to think of intelligence as being the high-point of evolution. However, environmental conditioning based on most advantageous mutations for the environment determines the form. Given that, there could be races whose development in various environments resulted in an average intelligence that's higher than others. We'd need to analyze the paper and the reasoning; please provide reference.

There is not a lot of support for the "intelligence in race" hypothesis these days.

I personally do not believe in evolution but as far as races are concered, there are intelligent/unintelligent in all races....

Studies show that the Asians and Whites are more intelligent.
Hispanics and Africans are the bottom two when it comes to intelligence.
