i have a pre approved credit card its telling me to go to the website and enter my approval # i did and am hav

ing trouble how do you enter your approval # with the www site #?

Check your security level on your computer. IF you don't allow cookies you will have a problem. Likely it could also be your browser Try Firefox or IE 6 or higher. Otherwise you haven't supplied enough info.

Don't. Use the phone number provided or go to the bank Monday and get them to set you up. If this arrived pre-approved and unsolicited, then they are trying to steal your identity. Be aware and steer clear.
