First of all, see your doctor. It could be thyroid or stress related. It could also be a result of diet or any new medications . If your doctor can't find a reason, your hair may just be changing. It totally happens. Try using the Nioxin product line for noticeably thinning hair!

Is it thining out or falling out? If it's thinning, I reccommend Amplify, by Matrix. If it's falling ouy, I reccomend Nioxin. It won't regrow hair, but I't keep it from coming out

Check your diet and then amybe consider cutting it short. Hair does thin out on women too as we get older....
there could also be something wrong with your body..go tot he doctor.

dry a deep conditioning conditoner, then wrap your hair in a towel that has been in the microwave for 30 seconds, leave towel on for 20 minutes, then rise conditoner out

put some aloe vera (the real plant) on your hair and leave it for 30 min then rinse. It works for me. Otherwise, may be you could try some Rogaine.

i don't no if its because of age or if ur hair is thinning out because of damage, but either way try pantene full and thick shampoo and conditioner my mom used it on her thinning hair and i could definatly see a difference.
