Processed foods. Eat as natural and whole as possible. You get to eat more and get more vitamins. Stay away from things like frozen dinners, boxed dinners, meats, fish and poultry that have been processed/fried/frozen/minced, etc.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

fats and sugars, cut 100 calories out of your diet gradually over a month, then every month after that make it 15 or 20, watch the pounds melt off.

Cut out oils, like dressings. Lower your salt intake, increase your water consumption. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and watch your portion sizes. Increase your fiber intake too.

you shouldnt "cut out" anything because you will have urges to consume these things in the long run. Aslong as you burn more calories then you consume then you will lose weight.

How about increasing your water intake? It's supposed to help flush fat out of your body.
