Most health insurance policies do not cover dental visits. There is a separate dental insurance. It is typically very expensive for individuals and includes waiting periods. Most times it is not worth the premium you would have to pay.
The only exception to dental procedures being covered by health insurance are those relating to treatment of injuries to the mouth. Let's say you are in a car accident and were to lose a few teeth. Your medical insurance would cover the treatment.

If you meant does Medical insurance cover dental, the answer is no. It's totally separate. Medical is for doctors/hospital visits. Health insurance is your total package.

Generally, dental coverage is separate. Unless you need oral surgery because of a medical issue - like an infection or abscess.
