simple, if it is a company vehicle then you are not allowed to smoke in it at all when the new law comes into force.

In Scotland I'm sure its up to a £70 fine for the driver and a £1000 fine for the employer of the vehicle

If the van is signal written then that's a corporation motorcar because the owner you may smoke in the van see you later as you have not got any individual with you the time period PUBLIC position is the loop hollow what's public ? the line is public is your backyard public ? your van is yours you own it in case you enable smoking on your position you may smoke on your van yet you may also wright your self a letter retaining you're allowed to smoke in the van the police Will quit you and also you say i own this van that's mine they can then do no longer some thing because that's you who will declare the van pubic once you've some one else with you they can smoke besides as they basically say i'm right here for a advance to (insert position )and that i do not options smoking if this regulation carry's on all smoking will be banned in all houses except those that own there own homestead I DO recommend own no longer mortgaged

You dont smoke in company vehicles and you cant smoke in your own car if you're giving someone a lift on company business.

As far as i know you are not allowed to smoke in any company vehicle because of the passive smoking issue...the company you work for are liable so they will ban you from smoking in their vehicles

Soon it will be- no smoking in all company vehicles.. and going as far as legally having to put signs in all vehicles.

You aren't allowed to smoke in company vehicles..At the moment in Scotland and as of the 1st July, England also..Even if you are self employed and own your own vehicle,it will be illegal...Stinks,don't it ????
