A water tower!

You pump water from the well during periods of low usage and store it in the water tower. The typical water tower built today is roughly one million gallons.

This also helps maintain water pressure in the system.

A branch line and valving from your well flow-line to a big enough storage vessel (according to your consumption), to fill during low demand, with a connection and valving to your users' line for use as needed.
