Here in US, doing stuff like this may not get you into trouble... In my country Police carry whips, Doing that to them will certainly earn you a few slashes on the back....
Verbal abuse, and refusing to co-operate with them too can easily provoke the use of the whips against the person pretty good... Another thing Police there, can arrest people and detain in a cell without warrant or probable cause just investigate you and later release you when they find out you are a good citizen...
Whatever you do in USA dont try it out there.. Cops aint the same everywhere...

well, to answer your question no. but if your d*ck enough to the point that you would actually give a cop the finger then I hope he busts you on some dumb other charge. show some respect.

No. When I wore a badge if someone gave me the finger I gave it back to them. The look on their face is priceless!!
