Moose is right excet he forgot to mention one VERY important thing.

Before removing any driveshaft, make a mark on the shaft and the yoke to ensure you put them back in the same position. Otherwise you might get a vibration after you put everything back together again.

Be careful when prying out the old seal--use an old dull screwdriver, or wrap a rag around the tip so you don't scratch the walls of the recess.
When installing the new seal use finesse to gently tap it in.
