We are planning to move to Edison, New Jersey. But my office is at Bay Ridge -Brooklyn,New York. Which is the best way for daily commute?
Please help.

Probably the ferry, but the gothels and verazano bridges, however, the money you're saving in taxes and rent is going to go to pay for your commute

Besides Driving over the Varrazano bridge (90 Min or more in Rush Hour), you could take the NJ Transit Train From Edison or MetroPark into Penn Station Manhattan (45 Min), walk the block to Herald Square, and take the R subway to Bay Ridge(another hour).

Ditto, why move to Edison, NJ when your job is over there. There are very nice places to live in Brooklyn... you can find grass and trees there... You would be setting yourself up for a very, very painful commute. Even on public trans, it would be painful. Express bus to Port Authority (42nd street manhattan) then you could catch at subway to brooklyn, but once you get there... you may have to take another bus... just bad.. No matter what, you would have to get up super early to do it, your quality of life will definitely suffer with a commute like that
