Like how to help pets and things like that. I am a volunteer worker and we want kids to care about other things besides candy!

a petition is a way to get attention to change. ask the group what they wish could change in the place you formed your group. but make it a serious topic, not a foolish silly change. when i was a teen i petitioned for a full time school nurse. i lost because of a budget problem, but i was also a petitioner for a club to be allowed in school, which won.

Ask them. It should be things they ACTUALLY belive in, not some idea trawled from a chat room.
