Of course, after straightening my hair with a horrible flat iron & not using any creams or sprays with it, my hair was frizzy, splitended, & dry & disgusting. Twice a week I use VO5 HOT OIL TREATMENTS. They come in little vials that you need to drop in hot water for one minute. Then, you put it on your wet hair right before shampooing. Leave it in for one minute, wash it out, & shampoo. It will work GREAT! Trust me, after the first use my hair looked better, softer, smoother, healthier.

Before this, however, be sure to get a trim. At least 1 or 2 inches to get rid of split end. You need to do this whether you do or DONT use the hot oil treatment, but i strongly recommend you do! Good luck!!

You could check out some different shampoos/conditioners made to repair damaged hair. If all else fails, a haircut may be the solution to your dillema. Too much straightening/heat can make your hair frizzy and dull, so getting the ends trimmed and laying off the heat for a while (and using the repairing products) should help fix your problem.

Hair is primarily made up of protein. Doing a protein treatment once a week will really help! Also, you need moisture to make sure you still have elasticity (too much protein could cause breakage) so it's best to also have moisture in your regimen. A great leave in treatment for damaged hair is Redken anti-snap. The Extreme line from Redken will help repair. For moisture, there is the Clear Moisture line for fine hair, or All Soft for more thick textures.

The best thing to do is use a good shampoo and conditioner. Also use a detangler before combing out your wet hair.
Do a hot oil treatment on your hair but use virgin olive oil instead of the store bought stuff.
The worst thing in the world for your hair is styling it with hot curlers, curling irons, blow dryers.......etc.
And coloring your hair is bad also.
Go and have the dead ends cut off your hair and keep going back at regular intervals until the damaged hair is gone and healthy hair has grown out.

Your best bet for damaged hair is regular trims. This will help get rid of the damaged ends. Avoid heat styling when possible, and protect your hair with a thermal spray. Use a deep conditioner at least once a week, and avoid chemical processing for as long as possible.

The best thing to do is go to the hairdresser so they can trim the broken ends. If you don't do that then the ends will never grow out healthy. Ask your hairdresser what she recommmends for healthy hair. Try a Pantene Restorative shampoo, a strong conditioner, possibly a leave in conditioner, and a moisturizing serum

well first, go to a hair salon and get it washed, and get rid of your split ends. Then, the next day, mix a tablespoon of honey into your normal shampoo, let sit for five minutes, then wash thoroughly. wash hair with conditioner, and let dry for several hours. Next put fresh lemon juice, two table spoons, in to a spray bottle with water, spray hair until damp and then put up in towel for 20 min., then rinse wala!

WARNING:
lemon may lighten hair so you may want to use an orange instead, although it doesn't work as well

Maybe a good leave in conditioner. That always helps my hair after I've dyed it. I usually use Aussie Hair Insurance Leave in Conditioner. It smells great and makes my hair soft and shiny.

Hair serum by garnier fructis or hair vitamins. But you gotta clip the ends & the fastest & strongest way for them to grow back is taking vitamins for hair, skin, & nails or prenatal vitamins.
