why are all self-help books centered on ME ME ME and not on GOD which without knowing the maker of a product?

Umm.... Because it's a SELF-Help book and not a GOD-Help book. If you're looking for advice rooted in Biblical principals you might have better luck looking in the Religion/Spirituality Section.

Different approaches to solving personal problems work better for different people. Some prefer to look up for their solutions, others choose to look within. If one chooses to look up, there are MANY books in the Religion section that can help you, or you can consult your clergy. The typical Self-Help book is intended for a person who wishes to "go it alone" or use non-Spiritual means to resolve their life issues.

Your argument is invalid because the assumption on which it is based is stated as fact when it is not. God has not been shown with any solid evidence to exist or to be the creator of the human race. Also, who's God should it be about? The Muslim god, the Christian God, the Devil? You need to define God.

Some of the self-help / motivational books borrow from the Bible, but try to leave Jesus out. They might say God, good word, but not Jesus, bad word.
