We TOOK the land, God didn't give it to us.

We murdered millions of natives - wiping out, for all intents and purposes, an entire civilization and culture.

The manner in which we took this land is completely against the teachings of Jesus as written in the new testament.

However, seeing as how nowadays such laws exist in the entire Western world, such exceptionalism is worthless.

That's just exactly the attitude when they came here. The Indians don't count so let's just kill them all and steal this country. I just know God wants us to have it. So they did and God has not gotten over it no matter what you think. Neither have the few Indians who got away. Try not to worry.
