I would imagine you are probably a little bit overweight for your height - I weighed that at one point being just a little taller than you (about 5ft8/9 at the time) and was condsidered clinically a little overweight. Go to a search engine and type in BMI calculator and then fill in your height and weight, this will tell you if you are within the normal range for your height and will tell you a goal weight range if you are a little over.
Saying this, when I was overweight I was about the same age as you and when I was 16 it all dropped off without me changing my diet or lifestyle. I know it's hard but try not to freak out too much, it's probably just 'puppy' fat.
When I wanted to tone up even more I did 24 sit ups a day (I read in a magazine this was enough to get you a flat stomach) and it worked. Maybe give this a try?

it doesn't sound like your over weight i no how you feel i am 15 n am conscious about my weight if you want to no if you are over weight go on google n type in height weight chart then go along the bottom to find you weight an up the side to your height then and have a look at the category you are in and it will say whether you are under weight or OK or over weight or obese

You sound OK, your weight is also depended on your body frame but if you want to tone up do some exercise.

Your weight is OK. You are also still growing so you will probably slim out a little as you age.
