I was just tested and I am allergic to nearly everything. I do not want shots and I do not want to take medication. Dust Mites 4++ as are cats (both which I have). I keep getting Sinusitis and am tired of the antibiotics. The allergist said without the shots I will have to be on medications the rest of my life. HELP

The only known and THAT HAS BEEN PROVED TO WORK natural allergy remedy is honey that is grown in the climate ( more specifically within 50 miles ) of where you live...yes it has been proved..I was amazed by this...I am a 4th year med student and a Harvard study came across my desk...I suffer from allergies too..I tried it and it does indeed work..however, please know that some allergies REQUIRE medications and can be lethal if not treated.. so you might fall into that category...if you do decide to try the honey remedy..you MUST start it in the months preceding the spring, (ideally FEB, MARCH, APRIL)..remember it must be grown locally and taken ( 1Tbsp per 100lbs of body weight ) every day for the first 3 wks...and every 2 days for the next 2 weeks, then every 5 days thereafter for it to work appropriately..Hope this helps! God Bless!

DONT move to New Orleans or any warmer, humid climate. Dust Mites Thrive in these conditions. So does mold, which some people are allergic to too.

Try using saline nose sprays. They cost 2 dollars at the store. I get mine at wal-mart. These flush out the allergens attached to the mucus and hairs inside your nose. This tends to help me out, although I get the shots and are on medications still. *My allergies are severe and bring on asthma*

I do know that my nose does not run as much when I use it twice a day, once in the morning when I get up and once before bed.(once in each nostril twice a day) I also use it anyother time I feel a sneeze or runny nose coming on. Or if you are around the cat, or near anything you are allergic to.

Hope this helps.

Here's how to stop your runny nose, watery eyes, & sneezing - DRUG FREE:
Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.

You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)

My dear,
I can well understand Ur pathetic condition. The only solution to you problem is :-
(1). Naturpathy
(2). Yog

The Toxic condition of the body is the root cause of all the ailments. No amount of allopathy medicines can relieve one from the allergies.

maybe you should move to a different climate, say New Orleans or some other subtropical place.I have a lot of health issues and when I'm in New Orleans I feel great and never have to take any meds.
