You seem to be angry. Its natural for parents to try to protect their children.
Excessive Masturbation is clearly a danger and a hazard.

I'm 21 and have been masturbating at a very high rate since I was 14. Even now I am masturbating more than seven times a week and sometimes even five times in 24 hours.

When I started it was around 10 times a week. I've read it is not harmful but I still think that at such a high rate it will cause some physical problem later on.

I think it has also affected me mentally. Every time I see something 'exciting' on TV, or a female, I feel the urge and I have to look for some toilet to do it in.

I feel hesitant in talking to a female frankly because I will always have that in my mind. I haven't had sex.

Is there any remedy to get rid of this?
