Cover up
club clothes for going out in the evening
shorts and tops for day time
Jeans
shoes and flip flops
sun glasses/ sun screen
hat/ beach bag
something to sleep in
sweater, hoodie, or light jacket (just in case)
under garments
camera, ipod, cell phone, books to read or magazines
money, money and more money
Any thing you forget, just go shopping.

I visit Florida quite often. I have always found my beach-wear, like bikini's and Beach Towels, scarf wraps, & sun glasses there. The prices are cheap, & so there is more room for my out-fits.
There are some outlet malls for almost anything.
The only main items I do pack, are skin care products, meds(asprin), and the items I can't live without for 2-3 weeks.
Tee's are cheap too, especially local area shirts. The expensive Tee's are from the Specialty Resturaunts like "Lou Lou's", "Pirates Cove",etc.

Must include a skimpy bikini, show that bod. Sunblock, flip flops, a big beach towel, a walkman/ipod, another bikini that covers more, for the modest moods, lots of shorts and skirts, and surely sunglasses.
