Photography was a fairly new field being exploited during that war. If you don't have any luck finding a pic online, if you haven't yet, do some basic genealogy research to find other descendants who may have what you need.

For starters, this person has a file on rootsweb, and seems to have good data on what looks like your Benjamin. You might want to compare notes with him.
Another web site is focused on regiments and such from the Civil war, including Florida. When that is someone's "passion", they tend to know where to zoom in. Here is that page (I didn't go through it in depth.. you might want to send him an email)

Another place to look is not necessarily online... but many counties did "county history" books around the turn of the century, and veterans often had prominent mention, or photos of civil war vet reunions. Here is the web page for Taylor county, and they have a number of links for Civil War info-

I didn't go to the links for the war/vet info, because this main page has lots of "regular" info that you might use.
Finally, how much contact do you have with descendents of Benjamin? Any original photo is likely to have passed down in the family. I urge you to remember, that NOT all family members will use the internet, but that does not prevent them from having family heirlooms.
Good luck.. you can reach me via my profile, if I can help more

follow up...
