Yes it's possible. Mutation is when the genetic material of a cell gets messed up. It can happen by a deletion of a part, or by a shift of a part, or a cross-over switch of chromosomes... usually this happens just by accident but sometimes it can be caused by things like mutagens (i think they're called) and carcinogens..

Mutation is the sudden change in genetic makeup of a species. It is possible, by point-mutation, one nucleic base is changed in our DNA, or something is left out or more is put in(ex. 26 ribs instead of 24, Downs syndrome...)

Mutation is kind of a fantasy. Its where you "mutate" into something else. Eg, am human changing into a cat. Like mrs mogonagal (spellings probably wrong) in harry potter.
Mainly used in kids programs such as Ben 10.
It is not possible according to me.

Genetic disorder. it can be inherited when a sex cell is deformed. or another is.... i cant explain it but an example is when a fly's physical forms adapts to survive a spray.
