She wants me to marry her or she will never let me see the kids face and drag me to court for child support, i dont wanna marry her, she had lied to me many times, she has a bad past that she told me about after she became pregnant. She is controlling and aggressive in nature. U will say why u made her pregnant if u know all that, well she never show her attitude before that and hided her past from me.
Now i know that she is bad person and has bad past, but she is forcing me for marrige, and if i dont she will never let me see kids face and also drag me court for child support, My parents are not from usa and really backwords, she also threatens me to tell them, if they will know they will know they will die.
What should i do, should i die or is there any way out, plz help?

It depends what state you are in, as they differ on the family law codes, but :
1. no one can force you to marry them, just dont do it.
2. she can't keep the kid away from you unless you are a very unfit parent (drug abuser, alcoholic, physical abuser).
3. let her take youto court, if you can prove that she is a crazy as$ then you may get full custody and not have to pay her anything.

First of all, I won't judge what you've done and all, but here goes. Be a man, you need to tell your parents first and foremost. Second, let her know she won't threaten you. You go to the child support office and file on yourself...it may sound stupid, but it really looks good on paper in the future as you being a responsible parent. Next, don't get married...it's only going to make things worse! Because all these things she is threatening to do are only threats until they are done. Once you do your own damage control, what can she do to you? Nothing. So do all this, the sooner, the better, it's out of the air. If you marry this girl, the only thing that is going to happen is that you will be very unhappy and then she will drag you through all of this later once you consider divorce. Good luck...

wait, who will die? is she threating your life? Okay, you made a mistake, its okay. You have to tell your parents no matter what, then she cant threaten you no more with that. And dont worry about the not letting you see the baby. once the baby is born, youc an fight for legal custody and use her bad past and liesagainst her to show that she will be a bad mother. this child is yours and hers, just try to be there for her right now, but dont get married. if you can, start gathering evidence against her to show she is a bad person. But you must not let her control you with threats. Let me know what happens.

I married the wrong woman. She couldn't have kids. Well, now we have one. I love my son more than ANYTHING in this world and would honestly kill for him.
But i cannot stand my wife and I've now brought the most wonderful thing in the world in to my train wrecked world. You really need to listen to me on this one.
I'm now in the process of leaving my wife and starting my life anew. She's giving me full custody of my son(thankfully). If you marry her, you'll just end up bringing the child into unhappiness and arguments. DON'T MARRY HER if you don't feel that it's TRULY right. Trust me.

Dont marry her if you dont love her. Take her to court first. You will end up paying child support but this way you get to see the kid if it is yours. Make sure you have a dna done. Dont trust her and dont marry her.

No one can force you to marry them. She cannot keep the child away from you if it is yours. All you have to do is go to court for either custody or visitation rights. You will never have a happy life if you marry this woman when you have no desire to.

You will have to call her bluff regarding your parents and if you really think she'll tell them, better to do so yourself before she does. She can't force you into marriage but you are legally obliged to pay child support. If she's such a bad character, why did you go out with her in the first place?

well you don't have to marry her, and you as the father has the right to see your child so that threat is not true. but if you don't marry her then yes you will have to go to court but not just for child support who the child will live with. but you should've gotten to know her better before you slept with her. and parents find out everything sooner or later so it's better to tell them now then let them find out on their own.
