At ten she is not a baby, she is a kid. Next year she will be a pre-teen.

Pre-teen would be 11-12. A baby of course begins at birth and goes to 4-5 depending on the child, although most of the time the only person who gets away with calling a 4-5 year old a baby, is their mother during cuddle time. A kid would be 4-10, with ten being an "older kid".

preteen is 11 and 12 a kid is from 3-10 and a baby is 0 months to 2

Well... usually a toddler is around 2-4, a baby is 1 day -2 years old, a child would be from 4-10, preteen would be about 11-13, a teenager would be 13-19, young adult would be 19-25, adult would be 25-65, senior would be 65 +

No she is not a baby. She is 10 that makes her a kid. Preteen is 12 and teenager is 13 +

Child: 5-10
Preteen- 11-12
Regarding the "kid" designation: I'm 24 and people still call me a kid.

i would say that people call her a baby just because she's your little sister - your "baby" sister. it's not that she's a baby, but i would say she's still a child. i think you are considered preteen around 11-12 years old, but it really depends on personal opinion.
